According to this breaking video report from RT, a Pakistani ISIS leader has publicly admitted that the international terrorist group HAS BEEN RECEIVING FUNDING FROM THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION!
While we should not ignore this claim, there are several factors to account for. ISIS wants to stir political unrest in the US so it is not above them to try and get conservatives riled up through a flat out lie. Also it is worth noting that RT is a Russian propaganda paper and Putin is not above tactics like this to leave his #1 rival, Barack Obama, off balance.
