眾人應仔細欣賞,學習,大師級的丹田,腹腔運動,要成就內家拳,便要向此中尋。是一動無有不動,只用丹田運動,化勁,打擊,全由此出,才是真正的太極拳基本要求。除何大師外,只有少數人能做得到。
